Course Description

YETI International College(former Bhadra Ghale Multiple Campus) was established in 2005 and completed all the procedures of official registration, reorganization, and approval from Tribhuvan University in January 2008. The college initially operated the Bachelor of Business Studies(BBS) program under the Faculty of Management. In September 2018, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences approved the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program. YETI is imparting technical international standards in the field of professionalism. Recently YETI has been managed by a dedicated group of academicians with the vision to provide quality education at affordable prices in Nepal.

Duration of the Program:

4 years (8 Semesters); with total credit:128 It is a 4 year (8 semesters) undergraduate program in Computer Application to produce qualified computer software developers with a wide range of knowledge in the technical field. Students learn to solve computer-based problems related to different types of businesses and industries.

Course Objectives

1. To produce professionals in the field of computer applications as programmers and software developers.

2. To provide knowledge about various tools and techniques used in software development.

3. To provide students with both practical and theoretical aspects of studies related to computer applications.

4. To provide students a fine base to continue their higher studies.

Course Learning Outcomes

1. Analyze, design, and develop software or computer system and design secure networks and monitor them to handle data and information worldwide.

2. Design and develop web, desktop, or mobile-based systems, build the website and create a software application to satisfy customer needs.

3. Gain specialization in configuration and integration, development and testing of systems and networks to meet industrial needs.

Entry Requirement

1. 12 (Science and Management) / Diploma in IT/HM/others

2. Pass A level with5 credits (English &4 other subjects); or equivalent to Government agency
